Located in the center of Oregon’s beautiful wine country, we are in a prime location to visit many spectacular wineries! This is typically a 5 hour day for all those included. This experience takes some time to breathe, so give us a call a few weeks in advance to plan the perfect tour.

Disclaimer

Helicopters have a maximum weight capacity and weight distribution requirement to ensure the safety of flight. Passengers weighing more than 300 lbs will be unable to fly. Jerry Trimble Helicopters (JTH) may require passengers to be weighed prior to flight.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK:

By choosing to fly with JTH, the passengers voluntarily assume all risks associated with helicopter flight, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable. You will receive a safety briefing prior to the flight and will be required to adhere to those instructions. Booking a reservation with JTH will constitute consent to these terms and an agreement to provide copies hereof to their companions with an explanation that if they embark, they do so subject to these terms and conditions.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT:

Jerry Trimble Helicopters will require a $500 deposit to schedule the flight. The estimate included here is only an estimate. You will be provided with the balance due after the flight based upon actual flight times, which will be due within 7-days after completion of the flight.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Jerry Trimble Helicopters requires at least 48hr notice of cancellation prior to the flight date to guarantee a full refund. Less than 48hr notice will result in a $250 cancellation fee.

Should Jerry Trimble Helicopters have to cancel a flight due to weather or other unforeseeable circumstances, JTH reserves the right to determine the appropriate amount to be refunded.
